Dr. Heather Walker, our Director of AI Research, has a PhD in Astrophysics and a rich expertise in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning. A former lead data scientist, she's a recognised thought leader, often sharing insights at industry events on leveraging AI and big data for innovative solutions.

With a robust academic foundation, Heather is a seasoned specialist in AI and machine learning. Her commercial ventures have primarily revolved around customer behavioural data science, crafting machine learning models and AI systems to drive tangible business value.

With 20 years' experience in technology strategy and delivery, Ben looks for ways to cut through the hype-cycle present in IT trends to the core of how to move teams and organisations forward at pace. Ben currently is a Director of Data and Software Engineering for a global retailer.

Ben was part of the team awarded "Best Data and Analytics Team (Data Titans)" by DataIQ in 2021 and has spoken at conferences and symposiums on topics ranging from "Cloud or On-Prem: Which way to go" to "Centralisation to Democratisation: Defining your Optimal Operating Model for Data and Analytics".

Historian, Lecturer, Published Author, and TV Presenter, Dr Weikert has extensive experience bridging academic topics into the public sphere.

Award-winning Cat has decades of experience in retail covering large nationwide organisations to small startups, with a key focus on independent business on the high street.

With a passion for storytelling and a knack for finding creative solutions, Jo is the perfect fit for the role of Director of Story and Digital Innovation.
